Methods of Shipping : Poslaju, Pos Express & Parcel Shipping

All products will be shipped by Pos Malaysia Bhd.
Your package will be delivered upon payment received.

Terms & Conditions:
1. Please take note: we do not make deliveries on weekends and public holidays.
2. Please contact us if possible after making payments. Please email the transaction number after making payments if possible.
3. The shipping fee is inclusive of all administration charges and fuel surcharge.
4. We do not responsible for any items lost in the post or confiscated by customs officials.
5. Please note that the postal option outside of Malaysia is delivery by standard post and are at customers own risk, where possible we suggest a priority trackable courier service.
6. We will deliver to the address as you enter it and can not accept any liability for late or failed delivery if the quoted address, phone number and other details are incorrect, so please be vigilant when entering delivery address details.
7. We cannot be held responsible for delays in the receipt of an order due to bad weather, customs clearance, customs inspection or any other customs regulation. The recipient shall be liable for any taxes and or duties applicable upon delivery.

All of the banks have Internet Banking Services, I should be able to confirm your payments with-in minutes after you have make your payments.

Money Back & Goods Returns :

1. Goods / Money returns is only applicable on the original goods damaged or defect only.
2. The support documents or photos as a proof if needed.
3. We only return the unit cost / unit price of the product.

Important Statement :

1. After order confirmation, please make your payment within three days. Remittances such as overdue, orders will be cancelled.
2. If a customer ordered merchandise out of stock, We will refund the payment.
3. The color of displayed picture may be deviated from the real product.
